You are 7wks when you did an ultrasound you seen a sac but no baby your hcg level is almost 37000 is that a good sign or could you still miscarry?

You really should go back to the doctor and discuss this as your hormone level is very high for seven weeks and an empty sac is not a good sign. Unfortunately you may have a problem and you really should see your ob/gyn urgently.

∙ 12y agoI am going through a miscarriage right now. I am about 7 weeks pregnant. We did an unltrasound and they said usually the fetus is too small to be seen. My HCG Levels were at 2000 yesterday [which is when I passed the fetus]. Have you started bleeding or spotting? If you do see spotting I recommend go to a doctor right away. If you are getting period-like cramps go see a doctor.
If you are not bleeding or anything try to wait until the fetus is big enough to be detected, which is usually around 9 or 10 weeks I believe.

This information is correct. I experienced the exact same thing. The early ultrasound is exeptionally accurate in most cases and the baby should measure within 1 week of the estimated age. Your body will most likely miscarry otherwise a D&C could be recommended. The pregnancy will most likely not advance past 12 weeks.

You have to take into consideration that they are going by your last menstural period when you could not have been pregnant so in actuality they are adding on a few weeks.
