You are 9 you dont know what a period is but how could you know if you are pregnant and you cant by a pregnancy test because your mom does not know so how can you know and you have had sex?

It's technically possible, but unlikely, for a 9-year-old to become pregnant, since puberty and sexual maturity come later. If you have had sex, you need to let your mom know. You are so underage that the other person took advantage of you and it is wrong--and illegal--on many levels.
Your best option is probably to go to a doctor or clinic where you can get a test.
In reading your question there are two things that I find troubling. One is if you are having sex at the age of 9 that means that an older boy or man is doing this. THIS IS WRONG and is abuse. GET HELP. Second, if you have not had a period you can not be pregnant. You have to have a period to get pregnant. I repeat, you MUST tell someone you can trust about the sex. Do it NOW.
