Cooking out, what most of us do in our backyards is called grilling. BBQ is the practice of slow cooking meats, often taking days. Grilling is a hot and fast cooking method, where as BBQ is more similar to smoking.
Diane is the term used for a cooking method, which typically involve cooking over an open flame, usually in front of the diner, and served with a savory sauce.
The answer to this would depend on the person you asked, but most commonly cooking it in a frying pan or grilling the chicken is the more popular method
Grilling is normally done over an open flame. Stewing is cooking in liquid. Most foods can be cooked with either method. The choice will depend on what the desired results are.

I think the best recipe is to grill. Grilling or roasting the corninsh hen is the best method of cooking. You can grill it in the over, or bake it. Cook until roasted is best.
