You are a girl and you think you have diabetes what should you do and im at high risk but i havnt ben to the doctor can you help?

if your not sure you should visit a doctor and first find out if you do or dont... this is because there are 2 types Diabetes and if you have type 2 which is more likely in your case you dont have to worry about it too much because you can control that by walking or exercising( for over weight girls) .. just exercising really keeps your sugar in control also.. however if you have type 1 then you ll need insolenes or whatever the proper procedure is
