You can ask why they are laughing at you. If they give no reason or say it's because you're black, then you can point out the ignorance they are showing and how it makes them look. You also probably need to disassociate yourself from people like that because sometimes, they choose not to ever change their mind.
All in all, don't let it discourage you or push you over the edge because there isn't anything wrong with being black, no matter how some may try to place that thought in your head. Sometimes people just feel a need to make others feel bad to make themselves feel better, and that says they have very low self esteem and are highly insecure.
