i think you should tell your fiance all about it,if you havent already.i'm shure he'll understand and postpone the wedding. This happened to me. I found out 3 weeks prior to our wedding. We now have a beautiful little girl and are still not married because is "wife" will not sign the papers. I have now been living in Hell for the past 3 years because she will not sign the papers ... never ever plan a wedding thinking a divorce will be finalized soon .. it won't!!
she is not married she is going out with somebody in middle school
Because you're still married until the divorce is final; to my knowledge, no jurisdiction in the Western world allows more than one marriage at once.
Only after his divorce is final.
Yes he can get divorced, but you are going to need a lawyer.
No. The divorce must be final first.
Clayton is married but going through a divorce.

As long as you are Legally separated - have separation papers you have both signed, have proof of separate residences then you should be okay. If the divorce isn't going well or if he is contesting it then be careful - wait until the divorce is final or it could make things more complicated and used against you.
This state has regulations concerning how papers must be served on someone. If your boyfriend meets those requirements, he can serve those papers. Since you should have a lawyer if you are going to get a divorce, why don't you ask your lawyer so you will follow the law in your location.
No. Until your divorce is finalized by the court, you are still married. Getting married to a different person during your divorce proceedings would be bigamy.
A Separation is not a divorce and you are still legally married. "Getting" a divorce, you are still married until the law tells you otherwise and papers are signed. I usually hear "ex wife" or "ex husband" and that just means the couple don't live together and could mean they are just separated or are getting a divorce. Some men may refer to their ex wife as "wife" out of habit.
When you are going through the process of divorce, it is not finalized until a judgment is approved and entered by the court. The Entry of Judgment gives you a date of divorce, and means your divorce is final. Even when the divorce is final, you can file for Modification if you meet the legal standards.
