no u shouldn't be worried!! its perfectly normal to grow pubic hair. guys usually get them at around 12 but u could be a late bloomer

No why would you ? you are not long into or just starting puberty and do not need an injection. Everything will grow and change naturally and it sounds like it is if you have pubic hair growing. You have nothing to worry about. If at 16 nothing had started then that is a different matter.
