You are on salary and if you are out a 1 - 2 hours you get docked from your paycheck can this be done you were also told that you could only make up 1 hour per week of time that you are out?

you need to call the labor board, one of the reasons people are on salary is so the company doesn't have to pay out overtime, this also means that is a person misses a whole day they should not be docked any pay due to the fact they are on salary.
