It is important for the baby for you to be keeping some liquids down, though they can syphon off sufficient vitimins for a while even if the mother can hardly eat. Try and eat what you can face. Don't bother about a healthy diet at this point. You can always have one when the nausea has gone. Rest as much as you can. If things don't get any better soon, let your doctor know.
Some women swear by sweet fizzy drinks, like ginger beer. Others find they make them feel worse.

Eat some saltines or crackers. Drink as much water as possible. I had the same problem. You lose like 4 gallons of water in like ever 2 hours. Don't eat dairy and eat light, bread like foods.

yes is just your stomach trying to throw everything bad that is in your stomach, and the best thing for that is to drink allot of water and on most occasions a chicken soup whit Little bit of pepper, that will make you feel better anytime.

It might if you change the way you eat and drink. Just being pregnant alone does not change the urine in a way you can smell. Pregnancy does make the sense of smell stronger so the pregnant women may feel like it smells stronger (along with everything else).

best to drink a lot of water or a power drink. Dont eat you will throw up like crazy.
As far as treating the constipation it's no different than if your not pregnant, eat lots of fiber drink lots of water avoid folic acid etc.
