Old wives' tales say to stand on your head. Lay on your back with your behind elevated above your uterus up in the air for several minutes. There are no scientific research based on these beliefs.

In fact all the sperm do not run out, they are swimming up the cervix within seconds of ejaculation, it is semen that runs out.
