yup. im white, and i use it all the time. but MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING. or youll end up with burns, no hair and general mess. my advice would be to recruit a friend or family member to help you. make sure you do you research on how to apply it, ie: parting your hair, vaselining the scalp, and keeping th emix away from your scalp. make sure you wash it all out. several shampoos and rinses. get someone else to do the last rinse. dont dye your hair for a few weeks after. gentle on the brushing. youll know when to remove the gunk because your hair will com flat on your head. no reason why it should work on a white scalp though, you should be extra sensitive. i tend to leave my hair unwashed for a week before going at it. that way you wont burn. x
