If you wree 'violated' and had your probation revoked - it means that the judge is giving it back to you.
I was violated on my probation for a dirty urine went to jail and was given a temporary release until my court date. Does this mean i still on probation now.
You have violated your probation, which means you can go directly back to jail without any waiting period.
If a felon violated probation he'd probably go back "inside" and wouldn't be eligible for SSI under those circumstances.
That person that was on probation has been granted early termination (got off of probation early). Now if it said probation revoked then that means that the person violated probation and has been sent back to jail or prison
No one can answer this question. It depends on what the terms of YOUR probation read. SUPERVISED probation implies that you have to be available or check in periodically. Read the papers, or contact your probation officer. If you violate any requirements you will be VOP'd and probably a warrant issued for your arrest.
{| |- | You have violated probation. That means you can be sent to jail or juvinile holding immediately. And it is certainly going to wipe out the chances of being placed by social services. |}
I have been wondering the same question myself. I remember back in 2007 when it happened and he got probation instead of jail time for fondling two young girls. He then violated his probation by using cocaine and was sentenced another two years of probation and i believe he was allowed to move back home. This whole time he has been in Colorado. But there is no recent articles that i can find saying what has happened since that. The last thing i heard was he could possibly go to prison but i can not find any recent updates on the subject. Hope this helps a little. -Aaron
You've already been found guilty of a criminal offense and probation is your sentence, so you won't get a new trial. . If you violated, there is no telling what may be in the mind of the judge when you go back before him. He could very well revoke your probation and sentence you to spend the remainder of your original sentence in jail.
Go back and turn yourself in. If LEO's catch you in your current state, you could be categorized a fugitive, and face federal charges.
This violated the treaty. You have violated our friendship.
Yes, the Green River for example begins in Wyoming enters Utah, meanders into Colorado where it is joined by the Yampa and then heads back into Utah where it is joined by the White and Colorado Rivers. The San Juan River begins in Colorado, enters New Mexico and then turns back to the north and crosses back into Colorado and then into Utah where it joins the Colorado River in Lake Powell.
