You can't get the National Dex and you talked to Professor Rowan and he didn't give you the National Dex?

you need to first complete your first dex then go to the computer and and select rowan`s pc.then you can go to his lab and professor oak will walk inside and he will give you your national dex. signed brannon203

now that's odd really odd you sure normally professor oak upgrades your pokedex to national pokedex and then professor Rowan gives you a gift which is pokeradar check in your key items at the bottom list

u have to have got the national dex and talked to professor oak in Pal Park. then he will say he is in Eterna City. go to the house at the end where u didnt see anyone there before. oak's there and he'll tell u about articuno zapdos and moltres, the three legendary birds. then u can catch them. PS.u need to have completed the Sinnoh pokedex to get the national dex.
