I can think of one way: Ownership equals responsibility. If you own a dog that bites your neighbor, you are responsible for their medical bills. If you own a car and someone drives it and wrecks it, you are responsible for damages. Similarly, if your child breaks the law or damages property, you are responsible for making sure the damage gets paid for and making sure your child makes it to court or community service requirements. Because the child belongs to you, you are responsible for his/her actions.
Answer That depends on what a court will say.
If you are an underage parent that lives with your parents they have a say in your life as it affects your child. They do not have a say over your child directly.
No, they do not have any legal rights. The child is an adult and able to do what they want. There is no obligation under the law between the two parties.
Most parents say their teenage child can live on their own at age 18 or 19. Because my dad says that hes going to " kick my butt out of the house" when [ cause I am 13 right now] I am 18.
Is that between a child's parents? if so it is ultimately up to the parents. But, most parents will let the child decide who they want to live with.
When a parent says their child was an accident it means the child was planned.
this is not the point but what happen if a child call a parnte stupid?
this is a hard one to answer social services say from 13 but also contradict themselves by saying it depends on how mature is the child id this said who would want to leave a child on their own we as parents have the responsibility of looking after the child and so keep them out of harms way
Nope. They purchased it when they had the ability to contract and they determine the beneficiaries. You can always purchase your own life insurance with your own money and name your own beneficiaries.
Yes rebelling child, your parents have a say in what you do at school.
They can & should when needed. that's their job.
The law say until they are an adult, the parents are responsible. That would be 18 years old.
