Accessing shared folders
To locate a shared folder, the host computer must have the folder marked as shared, and you have mapped to the network drive that the folder is on. To locate, look under My Network Places and the folder you are trying to locate should be accesible from there if all the appropriate measures have been taken.
Mapping a network drive
On the host computer, share the drive or folder on a drove to which you want others to have access. On the computer that will use the network drive, open Windows Explorer and click the Tools menu. Select Map Network Drive. The Map Network Drive dialogue box appears. Select a drive letter from the drop-down list (as you can see in the diagram below, I am mapping to a folder named \\othercomputer\sharedfolder\). Click the Browse button and locate the shared folder or drive on the host computer. Click OK to close the dialogue box, and click Finish to map the drive. The shared drive now appears on the Explorer window on the computer.
Mapping to a hidden share
Follow the directions for mapping a network drive as listed above, but include the $ at the beginning and end of the drive letter or folder name you wish to share.

A shared directory can operate similarly to a directory on a local system. Therefore, you control access to individual files via permissions. If some files should only have read permission to others than you manipulate the group and world permissions so that they cannot modify or delete the file. Same thing goes for files you want to be able to have as full access on your shared network directory; modify the permissions.

Second, if your wireless router supports Print server, you can connect the printer directly to the router and configure print server options in order to get access to the printer through wireless network.
Perhaps; if you have shared it out so that somebody else could access it. For example, if you share the root of your hard disk, then anybody with the proper permissions will be able to see, and possibly edit, your files and documents.
