well because if your xbox live age setting is set below 18 yrs, you are not able to play custom made maps, but you can enter forge mode and create a map and save it, but you cant play it unless you unplug the internet connection cord from the back. on a shorter note when you sign up for XBOX LIVE, set it to 18 and up.
