You dont know how to explain it but you keep seeing like the shades and shadows of everything like really in fine detail and see lights flying around rooms does anybody know what this is?

Shadows are not totally black because some light gets into the shadow area from reflection of light from objects around the area, and even from dust in the air around the shadow zone.

If you catch it in time, it will eventually demagnetize and the picture will return to normal, but if it's around everything, I'm pretty sure it's too late. Long answer short, the reason your TV has rainbow shadows around it is because it's time for a new one.

Why do shadows get smaller and bigger?
The size of a shadow has everything to do with placement of the light source, the object, and the background on which the shadow is cast.
