The BMI or Body Mass Index is a measure of body fat based on height and weight. At 64 in & 69.5 kilos or 153 lbs, BMI = 26.3 where Overweight is BMI 25 to 29.9 and Obesity is a BMI of 30 or greater

145 lbs or 65.9 kilos gives a BMI = 24.9. This is in the top of the normal range.

If you mistyped and weigh 65.9kg, you may or may not need to lose based on your body type and exercize level.
