You filled your Chevy suburban 99 with gas and then the next morning the fuel pump broke is there any way to get the fuel out of the car witthout having to remove gas tank?

Sure there is - the old fashioned way, siphon it ... All you need is some 5 gallan gas cans and a ten foot section of garden hose - slide all but an inch or two of the hose into tank, put your finger tightly over the end, pull out enough hose to reach the gas can sitting on the ground - take your finger off the end, and it should flow - if it doesn't, you may need to pull a vacuum on it - easiest tried and true method, is with your mouth - just don't swallow any, they say it is really bad for you... If it doesn't flow without sucking on the hose, and then that is what you will need to do - just remember to put your finger tightly on the end of the hose then till you have the end below the gas tank again... When swapping gas cans, keep hose end below the gas tank with your finger on it - you should be able to get most of the gas out, down to just a few gallons left, just by taking your finger off the end of the hose to fill each can... IF you are leary of doing having to use your mouth to get it started, there are a few things on the market. (using a drill powered pump with gas is not a good idea, though...)
Ps - Buy a Delco fuel pump from the dealer - aftermarket pumps don't last long - for a few dollars more, replace the whole assembly, fuel gauge and all - the accuracy of the guage goes whenever everything is taken apart, and put togeter again... Good luck...
