Check to see if you are getting power to the motor - if so probably a bad motor Check the operation of the switch

Maybe dirty contact on button. Or the switch is bad on one side of it. Other words, the down side works, but the up side is not making contact. If the circuit or motor was bad the window probably wouldn't work in either direction.
