If by "roach" you mean marijuana, please know that in spite of "medical marijuana laws" that it is still against federal law, and that many states don't have "medical marijuana laws" anyway.
Depending on various federal, state and local statutes then, not only can you get a ticket for it, but in some cases you could be arrested. And in other cases, pertaining to federal law, you could find all your assets, property, home and bank accounts seized.
