You will have to get braces if your teeth are twisted but you don't have to get them until your 20,30 or 40 years old and your teeth can untwist if you lose all your baby teeth I think.

You should only see the ortho when you get loose or broken brackets. Other than that wait it out till your next visit.

Yes like crazy and it will last for a week! But after that in the second week the pain gets less and less until you can't feel it. And the rest of the time will be painless except for wire change or elastics.
