If a women stabs a man and the man pushes her is that abusement?
You didn't give us enough information. If the man is abusive and she stabs him to defend herself and if he pushes her after that it's still part of the attack and she isn't liable, but should call the police and go to court and press charges against him. If a heated argument ensues between a couple and the woman loses it and stabs the man when he has not touched her physically he can file assault charges against her and this is a serious crime. Of course he would push the woman if she's just stabbed him. This is one time I would agree he should knock her cold!
