If you had unprotected sex you are always at risk to get pregnant no matter if its from a one nighter/your bf/or any other male (unless they are unable to make a women pregnant). It is POSSIBLE to have your period and still be pregnant!! I personally know this.. (Google it) and it is also possible to have a neg test and be pregnant because of how early you into the pregnancy thus meaning having low levels of HCG (Pregnancy Hormone). I recommend you go to your obgyn and try to find out exact dates. It could be either It is best to be honest with your family/doctor/bf/anyone else that is important during this time because lying and holding off pregnancy news and details about it is only going to hurt worse in the end when everyone eventually finds out about the pregnancy (if you are choosing to have the baby). If you feel that your baby has even the slightest possibility of being from another person other then your bf/lover/etc.. then it is best to get a DNA test and find out to be sure, then to put yourself/your bf/your family/your lover/your baby or anyone else through the pain and embarrassment of not truly knowing who the father of your baby might be.
