It is possible to fall pregnant on this time line you have suggested. After a miscarriage, I expect a woman to ovulate for the first time between 3-6 weeks after. Therefore if you had a miscarriage a month ago, it is possible you are ready to or have ovulated for the first time. When starting Birth Control, it is advisable to take "other" precautions for the first seven days. Therefore if you started the birth control Sunday, and had unprotected sex on Monday & Tuesday, you would not have been protected. You may be pregnant again.
Yes you could have.
probably you were pregnant and had a miscarriage

A thirteen year old girl can get pregnant if she has started ovulating and has unprotected sex.
Were you diagnosed as pregnant? If you were in fact pregnant and now started you period again you "did" have a miscarriage. In the early stages of pregnancy a miscarriage is not always going to have any major symptioms. Discharging tissue could be something else if you weren't pregnant. I would see a doctor if you continue to have such discharge in the future.
if you have unprotected sex you can get pregnant. Period.
4 weeks pregnant
yes it is possible, if you have started your period& have had unprotected sex
There is a slim chance of you being pregnant.
if only just pregnant then yes it wouldn't show up on a test
You should contact your doctor right away to prevent miscarriage.
