I would recommend that you see your doctor for a pregnancy blood test or alternatively wait 2 weeks & perform a urine pregnancy test.

∙ 12y agofor that it could just be in your head, or could be symptoms of other things rather than ^regnancy, if you had a fairly normal period i wouldn't be worried take a test to be fully sure

I had early pregnancy bleeding and cramps at about 3 days after i discovered i was pregnant, i was about 4 weeks gone, the cramps were really bad, felt like bad period pains and it was all in the bottom of my back, it stopped after 4 days and everything is fine still

This could be a completely normal part of pregnancy. If you are concerned you should speak to your doctor for reassurance. If you are at risk of miscarriage you are likely to have really bad pain, and/or have bleeding.
