The same exact thing has happened to me. You and both know why and when you are getting the headache and my advice is simple. Stop for a week and start back up again. It needs a little rest or it will get worse and worse.

it depends how long you are staring at the screen for. OR if you are at the screen for 5 hours engrossed in a game, you are straining your eyes becauise you are concentrating. so when you start to get a headache or migrane, you should probably stop
