Why would your stomach swell and you have symptoms of being pregnant if a pregnancy test is negative?

Your stomach might be swelling because you are eating alot. If you think that you are pregnant, you can go to the doctors office and they can do a blood test on you to see if you are pregnant.

∙ 18y agoIt depends what you mean by 'late'. Late in the day, yes you could because the hormones are not concentrated enough in the urine. Late in pregnancy, if you are far on in pregnancy a test shows negative because diffeerent hormones are produced and the ones a pregnancy test uses are reduced.
