Buy a copy of Fjestad's Blue Book. "Field model" is a general term that is usually used to describe a basic Grade, or standard grade of Shotguns. Sometimes the manufacturer themselves will use the term, such as the Browning Citori Field Model. This would in most all cases be a Grade I Citori. There are hundreds of different Browning Models with variations that it is impossible to quote a value. Model, guage, age and condition are all factors in determining value. Try looking up more specific information in the Blue Book at the link below.
55-500 usd
That is a Browning BPS Hunter 12ga made in 1988. Value is going to be $250-$300.
Citori shotguns are very collectable when in top condition. Values have a wide range due to so many variations and grades of the Browning Over/Unders. Value is too difficult to be accurate without seeing the gun. Condition which includes the amount of original finish and original configuration will determine value. Recommend taking it to a gun shop for appraisal.
