The first rule of fish keeping is "1 inch of fish needs a minimum of 1 gallon of water" Your 'bowl' is not big enough to keep one fish healthy let alone two and a Betta. Goldfish are coldwater fish and need temperatures around 55F. Bettas are tropical fish and need temperatures around 80F so you can see that they should not be kept together anyway.
Simple answer is NO. They need totally different living conditions. 1 Betta needs a 5 gallon (nominal) tank. Two goldfish need a 25 gallon tank.

Because fish produce ammonia and it is toxic to themselves. Goldfish has such large body mass, so they produce enormous amount of ammonia. You must have a good filter system, and do a nitrogen cycle first before adding any fish at all.

One reason not to mix them would be because betta fish are quite small; most don't even reach 1/3 the size of a goldfish (even when full grown!) it makes them very likely to get bullied by the other fish. Fin nipping can be a major problem and is dangerous for the health of the fish. Do all your fish a favor by not mix betta fish with goldfish.
