it depends if it is the switch or the motor, get a repair manual from a part store.
if both stopped working at the exact same time it is most likely a fuse... consult your owners manual for fuse location and specification
If your odometer/speedometer stopped working, then you must replace the "vehicle speed sensor" located on top of the differential if your have a manual transmission.
the unit stopped working completely - did it freeze up?

All of them ? check fuses and circuit brakers you may have disconnected the battery and they need reset, pull up the closer buttons and hold both from the passenger side first... after 5 seconds try them. consult manual
If The other windows are working ,it is not the fuse, sounds like a problem with the window motor or wiring
If it both windows at the same time, it is likely to be a fuse related to the windows. Check you manual and/or fuse box for blown fuse and replace.
Probably the fuse for your power windows look at the manual find out which fuse it is and change it.
check the bulbs, as they complete the circuit...and everyone should have a manual for their vechicle, and the library should have a professional shop manual available in the reference section for FREE to make copies of--the PRO manual has more detailed info, and may have wiring diagrams when needed...read up and fix 'em like a PRO...good luck Dave :) If they have just stopped flashing, the problem is a bad Flasher Relay. If they are not working at all it is indeed the fuse. Once you find the fuse panel, you will find the fuse. The Relay will be close by. Of course if you had an owners manual, it might help.
Check the fuses first. look in owners manual for location of fuse box.
Check the fuse. If it has a manual OD switch to turn off and on be sure it is on.
