yah, i had this problem, it tells you in the manual btw. but for all you lazy people, open the hood, on the top right you should see this sphere shaped donut with a screw in the middle, i think that's the catalyst, directly to the left is a black box, it has a screw in the middle with a plastic handle, unscrew, tada! the cig lighter fuse should be yellow and say 20A.
Most likely the fuse is blown, many cars have the cigar lighter and the radio on the same circut.
Check the horn, too. If the horn doesn't work, chances are the fuse needs to be replaced. Most cars have the lighter and horn on the same circuit as neither are used simultaneously.
first i would check the fuse, then try a different lighter in socket, if neither of these remedies problem ginna have to take dash apart to remove socket and see what is wrong
Neither
Neither
recheck all fuses llisted for radilo and power dr locks......then check cigarette lilghter for ground fault......disconnect cigarette lighter wire and see if all comes back on.......cheers
If you're looking for exact numbers, I don't have them, but you could easily light an entire pack without an issue while the radio is on. Neither drain a noticeable amount of battery.
The radio shares the same power as the cigar lighter. When car is off neither work. Putting power into the plug fires up the radio. This means that using a solar panel to keep the battery up will not work on this car w/o putting the lighter power feed onto a battery supply fuse at the fuse panel.
It is neither acid nor alkali because it is not in water!
In many cars, the cigar lighter and the car's horn are on the same electrical circuit. This is done as neither horn nor lighter would ever be used constantly while traveling.
Neither. It doesn't absorb water.
It should be "located too." "Too" is used to mean "also" or "as well."
