You have a 92 Chevy 350 tbi you runs good at an idle but when you drive it it misses you have replaced spark plugs and wires and fuel filter with no luck help you please?

If you have not changed the distribitor cap do so. And check the vacum advance.and Coil. Don't forget the rotor button w/ replacing the dist. cap. Next try MAP sensor, then temp. sensor, throttle body gasket, and if you've already replaced the intake gasket & you're ruled out head gasket, then welcome to my world. Wish I could be more help -- chasing the same problem on a '90. How does your oil pressure guage read while it's missing?
