You should not be her friend anymore. A true friend will not hit someone they care for and should not spread rumors about you. Even if she comforts you when you are sad whether b/c she feels bad for hitting you or b/c you're upset about something else, this is only temporary. She will continue to abuse you and take advantage of you if you continue to let this happen. There are good friends out there. The ball is in your court.
