Warning lights come on when there is a problem. An Engine management light comes on when there is a problem within the engine, that may cause problems later.
The old fuse is for interior lights and radio memory. It does not feed engine management. There should be nothing to reset.
You need to check your engine. The computer has detected a problem with the engine management system and the light is letting you know that is has error codes stored.
Varies by vehicle. An older vehicle, it might just be a coolant temperature gauge, or some might have a small light on the gauge to get your attention which is triggered by that gauge peaking. On current medium- and heavy duty vehicles, where the engine will shut down to prevent damage from overheating, the red engine shutdown light will come on, and this might be accompanied by a specific coolant level light in the instance where it's due to low coolant. This is also typically accompanied by an audible alarm and an in-dash display which will show a message such as "low coolant level".That would be two separate warning lights on some vehicles. One for the engine coolant temp being too hot and the other would be for engine coolant level is low.
both lights, the check engine and the low coolant light need to be reset and only a GM dealership can do that because they are the only ones that have the codes
The Vectra warning light is called the engine management warning light. It tells you that you need to get your Vectra checked by a mechanic.
Coil packs are known to failiure on these that would be my first line of investigation.

usually when you add coolant light goes off Coolant sensor bad?
These lights should have gone out on their own. The new engine could have different sensors or a wiring change. Also check to insure that no connectors were missed being reconnected.
When your ignition key is turned to the run position just before starting your vehicle the warning lights will come on to check the bulbs. If the amber cross light stays on after your engine is running that indicates that the coolant level in your coolant reservoir is low
