Your system may be adjusting to eating more fiber. You probably have not been thoroughly cleaning your intestines if your previous diet was eating junk foods. It takes awhile before you get all of that out. Expect gas! It does get better as your colon heals. Drink lots of water! Even a small fast, with nothing but lots of liquids (cranberry juice is very good). Twenty-four hours is the most I would do. You will feel better. I hope you continue until your diet is healthy.
