One month is not a long time to be going out with someone. People cannot fall in love instantly. Most need time to get to know a person, and let the relationship grow.
If you like each other be happy about that.
Stay with him and let your relationship grow naturally as it should.
The fact that he has been honest with you is a good sign.
Perhaps he doesn't let his feelings get carried away too quickly to avoid getting hurt in the future.
Have faith in the relationship.
