Don't do or say anything until you get a lawyer. If you can't afford one, the government has to appoint one for you for free. They won't be able to bring up in court the fact that you wouldn't do or say anything until you got a lawyer.

I'm 49 years old and have never, would never cheat! I am in a 11 month relationship that started amazing then found him texting his ex- says it was just to mess with her head- LIE- I don't believe he has had any physical contact with her- I won't accuse without solid proof- He on the other hand has accused me actually tormented me verbally and with texts saying I have cheated basically with our boss, his son, my daughters boyfriend etc. I have never given him a reason to think that. He says cuz I am pretty, nice body and amazing physically I cheat. (unsure about that logic) He is insecure and feels guilty for texting the ex. But this is not a normal accusation in passing it has literally been hundred's of really rude hurtful texts, I have never until now been called such dirty rude things. he does always apologize and promises he will stop but doesn't. Claims these "thoughts" come into his head- (no psychological problems ) I say u allow them to come into your head. I have said lets give me a polygraph test- we have scheduled it twice and he called and cancelled both times. Says he knows im not cheating and doesnt want to look crazy. I believe him looking crazy for a bit is nothing in comparison to the pain, disrespect and lonliness he has put me thru. I love him so much have done everything to show him I love him. He says I do shaddy things all the time.. I can literally sit up in bed and that is shaddy.. o and for those of you that say he is cheating, I should mention we work for the same company and I book his calls for him so I actually know where he is 24/7. Help what is something i can say or do to convince him i am not a cheater?
