You have had a painless lump behind your ear on the skull for years now you have a painfull one right next to it you keep getting headaches is it something you should worry about?

It do not believe that they are related. The painless one is most likely nothing to worry about. The painful one may be muscle tension. Here's how you finds out: If you are having a headache and your press on it and the headache subsides, and: if you are not having a headache and your press on it and you feel like you are having a headache, then it is most likely muscle tension that is causing it.
My suggestion is that you find a professionally trained massage therapist and make an appointment to get a massage.
