Seek a Doctor.
There could be tons of reasons why, some serious and some not serious, so I would seek a physician for answers. One cause could be--if you are taking vitamin E. Doctors often put you on it for cysts in the breast tissue if you are female or as partner to baby aspirin therapy to help thin the blood. Vitamin E blocks the absorption of Vitamin K which aids in clotting blood--Vitamin K is found in dark leafy green veggies and spinach. Since you are having lots of clots in your nose bleeds I don't think that sounds like that's the case. Just thought I would mention it because my daughter suddenly turned up with several nosebleeds. I did some internet searching and as soon as she quit the Vitamin E and ate more salads in her diet they went away.

No, you should not. Coumedin is a blood-thinner, and if you combine it with NSAIDS, the interaction could cause the blood-thinning properties of Coumedin to intensify. This means it could lead to excessive bleeding (bleeding from the gums, nosebleeds, unusual bruising, etc). Also, there is the risk of irritation to the lining of your stomach. If your doctor has prescribed both of these medications, you may want to ask about this. You should only take Tylenol and no other NSAID. If you do take another, you will increase the time it will take for your blood to clot.
