You have had gmail for over a year and suddenly you cannot get on line you have the same address but they keep telling you your user and your password do not match What do you do?

Send them an email explaining the problem. In most cases, they will reset the password only if you provide all the proper answers for various security questions you answered when initially signing up. Use the new password they provide, then once signed in, change it promptly.
