I would first contact your doctor to make sure that everything is ok with the baby and there is no medical reason why your stomach is aching. If everything is fine then take a nice wark bath and relax. Have a glass of water and lie down on your left side with support under your bump and around your back. You could also do this with a hot water bottle under your bump. Constant stomach ache is also a sign that labour is on the way so ensure that your hospital bag is packed.
I'd suggest a warm bath it relaxes your muscles and feels great im pregnant and I always use a hot water bottle (not too hot) to lay down with to take the pain away, also swimming helps as you are weightless
tell your doctor ASAP
chances are youre pregnant

Maybe it is heartburn. It could also be a regular stomach ache if it isn't constant or just happened once.
Then you're not pregnant. Those are just PMS symptoms (except foot pain, which isn't really a pregnancy symptom either until about 32+ weeks)
Possibly pregnant
yes you will get a stomach ache and will have to stay at home for 1-2 weeks
Take tums, they are safe. I believe they also have tums with gas relief. Also try mint or ginger they work well if you can handle the taste.
Yes, But the symptoms will be different to every one. I had body temperature increased in early morning, stomach pain, Head ache and tiredness. so i could guess that i am pregnant. Then i was waiting to complete 60 days to confirm my pregnancy.
