That sounds similar to me. I am 29 yrs old but have exsperanced all those symptoms as well. For me, I believe it has to do w/ a verdigo problem and that would def. play a factor in the nausea and pain disconfert like tenderness in your breasts or body all together. I recommend seeing your OBGYN or regular doctor on checking out your verdigo. If you get dizzy a lot...specially in elevators or exscalators that is a good sign that you have a problem with your verdigo which is easily treatable.
