It can take up to two weeks for implantation to occur. If your period started 2 and a half weeks ago, you could have a fertilized embryo traveling through your system, but you're not pregnant yet. If your period ended 2 and a half weeks ago, you could be pregnant.
The sore breast is irrelevant. You probably have some inflammation in your breast tissue as a result of an infection. Consult your doctor.
