why do any one have highblood pressure that stays up to 180- 114 always pass 6 months take lotrel 10-40 htcz 12.5 mg. i notice on my legs and outer thigh round spots look like blue or purplish patch do not hurt but why do they appear have 3-4 new ones 2-3 old ones look like red blood old dark spot. do i need to see a dr. or this ok.
