You have just came off the pill injection is there a chance you could be pregnant i have done 2 tests 1 was positive the other was negative?

If you got a positive on a pregnancy test, you're most likely pregnant (They estimate 99% acuracy of a postive). If it detects the hormone, whether you are just off a Birth Control or not, it detects the hormone. A negative result may just mean that it didn't catch it the second time. I would take a test again in a few days or get a blood test.
