Have a medical check-up soon. Ask for the Internal Medicine advice. Also take daily supplements of calcium tablets ( very cheap ) and vitamin D which helps your body absorb that calcium. Sometimes a calcium deficiency causes severe cramping pains in toes, calves, thighs and stomach. If the cramping disappears in a week or so, you have discovered the cause on your own, and then you should maintain the extra daily dosage -- cheapest health insurance on the planet. Worked for me 20 years ago. No more night cramps where I frequently woke myself up screaming with pain and scaring the heck out of my wife. Unless I get lazy and don't bother taking supplements for a few weeks. And I'm a big milk guzzler. Go figure !!!
