This is powdery mildew and it's tough to get rid of. It will spreads to near plants. Try a product called Neem II in hardware store (no mixing required) or find online plain Neem oil, it's an oily substance you mix with water. Spray all your plants every six days. Do not spray plants when in sun light, they will receive burn spots. Important note; blot the Neem oil out of the center of plants so it won't cause damage. Continue treatment for one month. Repeat treatment once a month to prevent it from coming back. You may be keeping your plant too wet. Try letting soil dry for a day or two before re-watering them. Powdery mildew is a type of a fungus (will spread to other plants) caused from keeping plant too wet all the time.
