The pimples you describe might be completely harmless but if they have suddenly apeared after sex it is better to see a doctor and be certain what they are. If they are the result of an infection it won't go away if you just ignore it, it will only spread and get worse so the sooner you seek help the better. It is better to be safe than sorry.
