- You admitted you pushed your girlfriend away by being overly jealous which stems from being immature and insecure. Until you get help by a professional as to why you are so mistrusting and jealous then you will never get your girlfriend back the way she was. No one wants to feel they are walking on broken glass every time they talk to the opposite sex.

I think being insecure and jealous on your part does not help your relationship or your studies. In may be in your best interest to be single for the time being to sort out your feelings, gain your independence/confidence, and focus on your studies, goals and future.
